What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made.
Are any purchases final sale?
We aim to deliver quality from the
very start. Whether it’s a physical item, digital download, or booked service,
time and resources are dedicated to preparing your order. For this reason,
refunds aren’t possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Production Time: 1 - 3 days
Shipping Time: 9 - 14 days
Total Fulfilment Time: 10 - 17 days
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrives damaged or
defective, please reach out to us within 5 (five) days of receiving it
at info@iamjasminemoore.com. We’ll be happy to review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
Events, Bookings, and Services.
Payments for events, bookings, and
services are non-refundable. If something comes up and you can’t attend, let us
know as soon as possible—depending on availability, we may be able to reschedule your booking/service or transfer your event ticket.
