Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 (five) days of receiving it at info@iamjasminemoore.com. We’ll be happy to review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
Events, Bookings, and Services.
Payments for events, bookings, and services are non-refundable. If something comes up and you can’t attend, let us know as soon as possible—depending on availability, we may be able to reschedule your booking/service or transfer your event ticket.
